THE NATIONS BULLY, The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) strikes again, this time against Pittsylvania County.
The ACLU has perfected the bully tactic to perfection by threatening municipalities and counties with law suits if they continue to open their meetings with prayer that mentions Jesus’ name. With the aid of liberal judges they make their point by causing the people to incur cost not only for legal defense, but also the ACLU’s legal prosecuting bill. Their intimidation, their bulling threats are sometimes enough to make the local officials capitulate because they hate to see money wasted in court actions.

Do you know where the most dangerous place to live in

We know that “Prayer Changes Things”. The great heroes of the Bible and many of our first settlers and Founding Fathers were prayer warriors. But then what? Are we tempted to sit back and expect God to fix our problems or send someone else because we’re too busy – or maybe just plain afraid to get involved.

What is Truth? Is an old question that’s been asked many times, going back to the Garden of Eden when the serpent made Eve doubt what God had said about the forbidden tree. Pontius Pilate doubted Jesus claim that he was born to bear witness to the Truth. And we have our own doubts about truths regarding “morality” and “good and evil”.
Are there absolute truths that are always the same, like gravity, or are do they change with situations and over time?· Also, is Truth something we decide for ourselves, or does Someone else make that decision for us?· What is The Truth Project – and why does it matter anyway?

Is Christianity in decline in America? When you examine the cold, hard numbers it is simply not possible to come to any other conclusion. Over the past few decades, the percentage of Christians in America has been steadily declining. This has especially been true among young people. As you will see later in this article, there has been a mass exodus of teens and young adults out of U.S. churches. In addition, what "Christianity" means to American Christians today is often far different from what "Christianity" meant to their parents and their grandparents. Millions upon millions of Christians in the United States simply do not believe many of the fundamental principles of the Christian faith any longer.

Rightful human liberty is a function of man’s equal human rights.
“Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others.” Thomas Jefferson
Human liberty, having been endowed to all of us equally by our Creator, is a part of our human nature; our sacred right to liberty is therefore unalienable and only limited by the equal rights of others. Equal human rights and equality before law was the argument of the American Revolution expressed by Thomas Jefferson in our Declaration of Independence.

America stands at a crossroads today. We face a spiritual and moral decline, a massive national debt, an out-of-control government that threatens our liberty, and a growing threat from Islamic jihad here and abroad.
We need another Great Awakening like those in the past that produced our national independence and freedom for slaves, but who will lead it? What is the churches' role in this?· What is the Virginia Christian Alliance, and what can they do to help?· Finally, what can "We the People" – what can I -- do to rebuild the broken-down pillars of religion and morality on which America was built and has prospered?

This time of year Christians celebrate the birth of our savior at Christ Mass. It’s no secret that Christmas is under massive assault. This year the U.S. military apologized for promoting a Christian-based charity and relief program providing holiday gifts to poor children. As if that wasn’t enough, military hospitals banned bibles, Christian symbols, and prayer. At the same time Muslims are encouraged to wear headdress and Muslim symbols on their uniform.

Has radical feminism permeated institutions of higher education to the point of unconditional acceptance? In some college courses the controversial social and political agendas of feminism are being unashamedly pushed, while opposing viewpoints are censored.

Rep. Walsh Takes a Stand for Holiday Greetings
12/21/11
WASHINGTON- Today, Congressman Joe Walsh (IL-8) sent a bipartisan letter with 61 of his colleagues to Speaker Boehner and Minority Leader Pelosi along with Chairman Lungren and Ranking Member Brady of the Committee on House Administration asking them to revise the House Franking Commission's rules that prohibit the use of holiday messages on official mail pieces and email newsletters. Congressman Walsh led this effort with Congressman Mike Ross (AR-4). The letter does not advocate for allowing Members to send holiday cards, it simply asks for the ability to end a letter with a holiday greeting.

After a series of programs about America’s Godly Heritage, we are left with a difficult question: “If America was at one time and perhaps still is considered to be a Christian nation, why we are in the throes of a moral meltdown -- and immorality has become the new norm?”

Once upon a time there used to be billboards for Virginia Slims cigarettes with the slogans, “You’ve come a long way, baby.” The billboards are gone now, but in their place are billboards for All-American Muslim which substitute the hijab for the cigarette. The same left which was outraged at a company marketing cigarettes as a form of female empowerment is completely supportive of marketing 7th century Islamic misogyny as female empowerment.
